Infographic: The Psychology of App Store Ratings and Reviews

Mobile apps are an extension of your brand, but all too often, they get left out of the marketing brand strategy discussion. When it comes to content in the app stores through ratings and reviews, brands have a huge opportunity to make an impact on their current and prospective customers.

To better understand how mobile impacts consumers’ perception of brands as a whole, we recently conducted a consumer survey of 300 iOS and Android users to learn the role mobile plays in brand perception. You can download the entire report here.
