Here at Apptentive, we talk a lot about #CustomerLove. From sharing what love means to us, to defining customer love, to creating our own proprietary metric that gauges love, we know just how effective the power of customer love can really be.

Because love is so important to our product and team, Valentine’s Day is naturally our favorite holiday. Every year, we try to show our customers and community just how much they mean to us.

Share Your #CustomerLove Story

This year, we want to put the love into the hands of our community, which is why we’re kicking off a brand new campaign: Share Your #CustomerLove Story. We show our customers and community love year after year, and now, it’s time you to show us how it’s done.

From today through Valentine’s Day, we want to hear your best examples of how your team drives #CustomerLove. 10 awesome winners will receive their own Apptentive Box of Love, full of awesome prizes and gear to thank them for helping to spread the love as far as possible.

To participate, send us an email of your favorite #CustomerLove story, tweet at us, leave a comment below, or even get creative by sharing your story in a bigger way, and be sure to include the hashtag #CustomerLove in your submission!
