Apptentive Honored as One of Washington’s 100 Best Companies To Work For
We are excited to announce our proud debut on the Seattle Business magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list as number 17 in the Small Companies category. Companies are assessed on leadership, benefits, work environment and training programs through surveys of employees, and an evaluation by a panel of judges.
Apptentive was founded on the principle of ‘Customer Love’ – that every company is in the business of earning customer loyalty and commitment. We believe the first step to achieving that is through building those values internally. By actively working to build a team that is passionate, talented, and diverse, we’re steadily laying the foundation for success. We believe companies build better products, and better teams when they have diverse thinking. While we are actively working to build a more diverse workforce, we currently have a leadership team made up of 50% women, as recently highlighted in Fast Company.

Since submitting our application for the 100 Best Companies to Work For in January, the Apptentive team has doubled in size, climbing to 30+ full-time team members. Apptentive’s leadership strives for diversity coupled with intense talent and passion with every hiring opportunity.
Customer love doesn’t just transcend our team; it transcends the teams of our customers as well. Several of our customers also made the Seattle Business magazine’s 100 Best Companies To Work For list. We’re beaming with pride to see our customers make the list, and excited to continue building loving relationships with them, both internally and externally.
At our core, we’re a listening company. We provide exceptional customer service and empower our customers to listen to and connect with their mobile app’s customers, but the act of listening is also ingrained in our very team and the way we operate. Enabling companies to forge genuine relationships with their customers is what drives us. Everyone on the team has an incredible impact on the success of customers, and it’s important for everyone to understand the gravity of their effort. Being named as one of Washington’s 100 Best Companies To Work For is an appreciated and welcomed recognition of the hard work we’ve put in as a company to create a healthy, driven, and well-rounded workplace.
