Surbhi grew up in the city of lakes, Udaipur in India, and moved to Seattle in 2016. Prior to moving to Seattle, she pursued a Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics from the University of Rochester where she learned how to tell compelling stories and apply predictive models to uncover actionable insights from data. She has worked as an Analytics consultant for Amazon and a Digital Marketing Analyst at Napster supporting customer acquisition and retention initiatives. At Apptentive, she is responsible for supporting the customer success team in ensuring customer excellence by leveraging a variety of data. She loves cooking, traveling and exploring the Pacific Northwest area.
