Love is a big deal for us at Apptentive. Our main color is red, our logo is a heart, and we consistently use the word “love” instead of “like.” Our company is built on the idea that love is not just a feeling, but it’s an act.
But what does “Customer Love” actually mean to us? Well, “Deliver Customer Love” is one of the seven shared company values
here at Apptentive. We are committed to taking a customer-first approach to both our processes and our product. We care about our customer relationships and promise to look after their interests even when they’re not present. We listen first and embrace the emotional connection of human beings, especially in our customer relationships.
In 2015, Apptentive started a tradition to deliver #CustomerLove on Valentine’s Day by sending love boxes to our customers, partners, and friends. Every Apptentive team member takes a couple of hours out of their day to stuff, seal, and send these boxes because #CustomerLove impacts all of us. We believe in showing #CustomerLove every day, but Valentine’s Day gives us a good excuse to go the extra mile. While the goodies and themes have changed over the years, one thing will remain the same: We value relationships over everything else.
