Team Apptentive Gives Back this Holiday Season with Food Lifeline

Every holiday season, the Apptentive team takes a day to reflect on the year and celebrate all of the reasons we are thankful! This year, we decided to start a new tradition: volunteering with the amazing organization, Food Lifeline.

Food Lifeline rescues millions of pounds of nutritious food from farmers, manufacturers, grocery stores, restaurants, and retailers that would otherwise go to waste, and then they distribute it to more than 300 food banks, shelters, and meal programs throughout Western Washington. Together, we helped to create 15,516 meals for hungry children, adults, and seniors.

It’s important to us to give back to our community, and we are thankful for Food Lifeline’s daily dedication to eradicating hunger.

After our morning of volunteering, we came back to the office for our potluck Thanksgiving celebration! We each brought a dish to share with our teammates, played games, and enjoyed our time together.
