Apptentive Recognized as a Leading Software Solution on G2

G2, the largest peer-to-peer software review site, recently released their full list of top performers for fall 2022. Apptentive customers made their voices heard in this latest round of awards, and showed our software solution some love!

Apptentive earned badges in 10 different categories, our most awards ever in a quarter!

Apptentive has increased their award haul the past three quarters, culminating in 10 awards this fall. Apptentive’s badges spanned a variety of product categories:

Winner: Highest User Adoption

Software solutions: Highest user adoption for enterprise in Fall 2022

On G2’s Implementation Index, Apptentive had the highest customer adoption rate of any product in two categories: 

  • Enterprise Mobile App Optimization 
  • Enterprise Mobile Analytics

Finally, Apptentive earned the “Users Love Us” badge with an average customer rating of over 4.0 stars. 

Last but not least, this badge really hits home for us! Creating customer love is why we do what we do. Customer love means giving your customers a voice and listening to their voices everyday to create better products and experiences. 

At Apptentive, we strive to generate customer love from our customers, along with each and every one of their customers! However, the job is not done. We are continuing to improve our product to better serve the needs of our customers and better listen to the voice of their customers!

Methodology

G2 is one of the most trusted software review sites out there. They score software solutions and vendors based on reviews from each product’s actual customers. They employ sophisticated processes to ensure review quality and that only validated customers are leaving reviews. 

Awards are given to products that score highly on customer satisfaction and market presence. G2 uses a quadrant system to determine awards, with customer satisfaction on the x-axis and market presence on the y-axis. Leaders fall into the top right quadrant and high-performers fall into the bottom right quadrant. A product that falls into either of these quadrants is awarded badges for their status as a top software solution.
