Check Out Our New Digs! Apptentive Has Moved to a Bigger, Brighter Office in the Heart of Downtown Seattle

We are thrilled to share some exciting news: On April 9th, Apptentive officially moved into new headquarters in the heart of downtown Seattle! This move comes on the heels of an incredibly successful year for the company and the recent addition of some stellar new leadership.

Our team grew 360 percent since 2014 and needed more room to better serve our customers and continue to expand our team.

The new office is located on the southeast corner of 1st and Virginia, at 1932 1st Ave, Suite 300. Just steps from Pike Place Market, the Apptentive crew looks forward to exploring all of the amazing local restaurants, bars, and shops in the surrounding area.

Although we were sad to say goodbye to our Pioneer Square home of four years, it was time to find a new space. We moved into our former office back in 2014 when we were just ten people strong. When we learned the office was scheduled to be torn down due to Viaduct construction, we felt a collective twinge of disappointment. Those exposed brick walls held so many good memories for us. But the timing could not have been better: Our team had outgrown our current office, and we needed more room if we wanted to continue expanding at a rapid pace. Nostalgia aside, we were ready for this new chapter in our company.

We selected our new spot for myriad reasons. The key driver was the proximity to our current employees. In choosing a new home, we wanted to be accessible for our team members who lived near and far. This location provides the perfect combination of amenities and proximity to public transportation hubs.

We also wanted a collaborative space that was conducive to creativity but also provided quiet areas for people to focus. We have a new, fully-stocked kitchen, a sunny reading corner, tons of gorgeous green plants, rooftop deck, and plenty of meeting rooms named after famous Seattle artists for more privacy.

The move represents many changes in our company, but we will always remain laser-focused on one objective: customer love. We’re proud of the growth we’ve seen as a leader in the mobile customer feedback and engagement category.
