Happy Valentine’s Day from Team Apptentive

At Apptentive, Valentine’s Day has always had a special place in our hearts. Our logo is a heart, our main brand color is red, and our favorite hashtag is #CustomerLove. We believe in delivering customer love every day, but Valentine’s Day gives us a good excuse to go the extra mile. 

In 2015, Apptentive started a tradition on Valentine’s Day by sending love boxes to our customers, partners, and friends. Every Apptentive team member would take a couple of hours out of their day to stuff, seal, and send these boxes because #CustomerLove impacts all of us.

In previous years, we’ve sent everything from blankets to water bottles to portable chargers to even sunflower seeds. But this year, we decided to switch things up quite a bit. While we still sent our highly-anticipated annual Apptentive socks (yes, these are famous among our customers and friends!), we also decided to use this day as an opportunity to give back. So this year, we sent virtual gift cards to everyone so that they could donate to the charity of their choice on our behalf.

While the Valentine’s Day goodies and themes have changed over the years, one thing will remain the same: We value relationships over everything else. 

We believe that listening is an act of love. So, loving your customers starts with listening to them. That’s why our entire product has been built around the mission to give every customer a voice.

We hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day spending time with the people you love, working on what you love, and spreading #CustomerLove.
