Apptentive Named One of the Fastest-Growing Companies in North America on Deloitte’s 2020 Technology Fast 500™ List

We’re excited to announce that Apptentive has been placed on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ – a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and energy tech companies in North America for the second consecutive year.

With 183 percent growth in the last three years, Apptentive ranked 484 overall and was one of just 25 Washington-based companies to make the list in 2020.

From the transition to becoming a fully-remote team to the feature release of Fan Signals to the publication of our annual Customer Engagement Benchmark Report and much more detailed below, this award follows a tremendously successful year for Apptentive.

  • We temporarily closed our Seattle offices to become a fully-remote team. In this great article by Geekwire, we share some of the strategies we adopted early on during the pandemic to keep our team connected and engaged.
  • Our leadership developed “Days of Action” in which we encourage teammates to participate in civic engagement activities of their choice by providing additional paid time off.
  • We adopted Election Day as a paid holiday off for our team as an incentive to vote and help others to use their voices.
  • Our team established and fostered a new employee-led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

Now in its 26th year, Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 provides a ranking of the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy tech companies — both public and private — in North America. Technology Fast 500 award winners are selected based on percentage fiscal year revenue growth from 2016 to 2019.
