Introducing Apptentive’s New Website

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the newly redesigned apptentive.com after many months of research, design, writing, and development.

Apptentive’s mission is to give every consumer a voice and empower brands to create better customer experiences. We live and breathe customer love.

Aside from being a go-to resource for all things Apptentive, our website has historically been an incredible learning tool for product managers, mobile marketers, and CX professionals. We’re dedicated to helping organizations with large customer bases increase loyalty, grow market share, gather feedback, and measure sentiment not just with our solution, but also with our online resources.

Apptentive has been and always will be rooted in customer love, but as our company continues to grow and expand, so does our website. Our new site leans heavily into our product’s increasing expansion into customer experience and continuing to connect the dots between mobile, web, and onsite engagement.

Ultimately, in order to reflect our expanded product offering, remarkable company growth, and team values, we needed our website to reflect our evolution.

As part of the process of our website refresh, we identified six clear opportunities to showcase how we can help tie customer feedback and sentiment into the rest of a brand’s customer experience, which became the following solutions pages:

We also had the opportunity to explore a new visual brand.

Product Illustrations

While product screenshots have a time and place, they are often far too complex to really communicate value to someone searching for a customer experience solution.  We wanted our visuals to zoom in on very specific elements of our product, and make the benefits and function of that piece of the product crystal clear. We found the best way for our team to do this was through custom product illustrations.

Photo Treatment

A common design trend in the SaaS world right now is to use cartoon illustrations of people. While we can appreciate this style, showcasing the human side of our brand through photos of real people was a priority for us. We believe representation matters, so our team was incredibly thoughtful and intentional when choosing each individual photo for our site. We make solutions for real people, so we want our current and future customers to actually see themselves in our product.

We want to give a huge thanks to our customers, and marketing, sales, and leadership teams, who helped us build our new online presence as we move into the next decade. We’re proud of the work we’ve done and excited to see how our message resonates with customers, prospects, and peers.
