Introducing Org Snapshot View: Put All Your Apps on One Screen
At the Customer Love Summit last month, our CEO, Robi Ganguly, shared a sneak peek of what he referred to as a ‘master rollup of all your apps.’ We call this the Org Snapshot, and it is now live!
Read on for the details around the new feature, and learn how to use it.
What is Org Snapshot?
With Org Snapshot, Apptentive customers can now view all of their apps in a single dashboard view. This view provides a health overview of the entire portfolio, which is especially helpful if you have multiple apps within Apptentive.
Org Snapshot also helps you understand how apps stack up against one another across data points like love ratio, ratings, active users, and number of interactions shown. It also helps you understand which interactions are active for each of your apps at a glance, and allows you to compare the same app across different platforms (iOS and Android).
What changes for Apptentive customers
With the release of Org Snapshot, you’ll see some slight changes in your Apptentive dashboard.
On the left sidebar, the “My Apps” will change to “See All Apps” as you can see in the image below.
Clicking on the “See All Apps” will then take you to the Org Snapshot page.
Currently, you can switch to view a different app using the left side bar, and this functionality will continue to work with the addition of Org Snapshot. You can also now click into an app from the Org Snapshot page, which means there are two different ways for you to navigate to a specific app’s dashboard.
The fields that are shown on Org Snapshot for each app include:
- App icon
- App platform (iOS or Android)
- Love ratio percentage
- Monthly active users
- App rating
- Number of interactions
- Interactions being used (e.g. Love Dialog, Notes, Surveys, Message Center)
You can also click the link in the top-right corner of Org Snapshot to export your results to a CSV file to go even deeper into your data.
