Customer Love Summit 2018: What You Need To Know
The Customer Love Summit is almost here, and is officially sold out! We couldn’t be more excited to meet you in a few short hours.
Before the day arrives, we want to make sure you have all the event details in one place. Here’s everything you need to know to make tomorrow a success.
Where: Columbia Tower Club, 701 5th Avenue, 75th Floor, Seattle, WA 98104
Look for the Apptentive team members in red shirts to guide you up to the venue!
When: Wednesday, July 18th. Check-in and breakfast begin at 8:00 am; the opening keynote starts at 9:00 am.
Agenda: You can see the full Customer Love Summit agenda here.
Dress code: Business casual. Please note, the Columbia Tower Club has a no-shorts policy.
Food and drinks: Breakfast, lunch, snacks will be provided throughout the day, along with cocktails during happy hour!
Engage with us: Tweet at @Apptentive and use the hashtag #CustomerLove18 for conference updates, session live-Tweeting, to connect with other attendees, and to provide and receive immediate feedback from an Apptentive team member.

- Log in with the email you used when you purchased your Customer Love Summit ticket
- If someone purchased your tickets for you and used a different email when they registered, please drop us a line with the email address you would like added to the Customer Love Summit app
We’re excited to add a special guest to the Customer Love Summit lineup!
Randy Stewart, 15-year product management veteran and organizer of IGNITE Seattle, will give a 5-minute IGNITE talk focused on the lessons he’s learned as a PM and how to avoid making the same mistakes he has made. Catch Randy’s talk immediately following our morning networking break—you won’t want to miss it!
