Happy #CustomerLove Day
Valentine’s Day is our favorite holiday here at Apptentive. Aside from the explosion of red decor and copious amount of chocolate, it’s the special time every year we reserve to focus on sharing our feelings of #CustomerLove.
We strive to make our customers feel appreciated every day, but Valentine’s Day gives us an extra excuse to let them know just how much they mean to us, and to remind them they’re at the center of every product decision we make.
Why the emphasis on love? Because it matters.
Our customers are people who chose to work with Apptentive, and it is our privilege to treat them with the care, respect, and love they deserve. Not only does this make business sense (we talk more about the ROI of customer love in this post), but it also helps us build a culture of team members who believe this to our core.
Each year, we hand pack and send out Boxes of Love to our customers. What began as only sending boxes to local customers quickly expanded, and now, we send Boxes of Love to customers around the world, along with people who made our year special. Every Apptentive team member participates in packing up the Boxes of Love, from filling them with goodies to writing personalized thank you notes, which also turns it into an annual team building activity we look forward to. We know our customers hold themselves to incredibly high professional standards based on the goals they set for their products and consumers, and we’re honored to be a part of the process.
