Apptentive Partners with Apteligent on Proactive User Experience Management

Partnership details

Apteligent studies have shown 30% of customers will abandon a brand after a single poor app experience. This means that whether it’s an app crash, a network issue, or a 3rd party SDK malfunction, you need to be able to pinpoint both the issue and it’s root cause as quickly as possible. And it’s just as important to be able to immediately signal to your customers that you “feel their pain.”

Apteligent is amazing at understanding when consumer experiences might not be great, due to a slow API call or even an app crash. With their knowledge and the Apptentive partnership, customers can reach out to their consumers proactively, focusing on segments who have had poor experiences to offer apologies, or to dig in to find out more about the negative experience in order to improve customer happiness.

Imagine this situation, for example: At 9:30am, you find out a specific segment of customers is experiencing an app crash. With the Apteligent and Apptentive integration, you’re able, to send an Apptentive Note to all of the customers who may hit that crash point by 10am. By giving customers a heads up before they even have a crash, you can build trust and credibility in the eyes of your customers. Now that’s proactive customer engagement at its finest!
